## Working Backwards Questions

Answer these before writing the press release:

1. **Who is the customer?** (Use personas from market research)
2. **What is the customer problem?** (Use pain points from research)
3. **What is the solution?** (Clear, specific, differentiating)
4. **What is the customer experience?** (End-to-end journey)
5. **How will we measure success?** (Metrics tied to business outcomes)

## Press Release Structure

1. **Headline** - Compelling, specific, not generic
2. **Subheadline** - Who benefits and how
3. **Problem paragraph** - Customer pain with data from research
4. **Solution paragraph** - How this solves it uniquely
5. **Quote from leader** - Vision and excitement
6. **How it works** - Customer experience walkthrough
7. **Quote from customer** - Anticipated reaction
8. **Call to action** - What to do next
